When I purchased the condo in Santa Maria, it was dingy.  Within the first year, thanks to the help of Marty, Anna Marie and Mickey,  Kathie, Rich and Angela and Daniel Gamboa changes were made.  It continues to be a labor of love as I continue to upgrade but most of the transformation happened the first year.  Each room has been painted, furnishings added, lighting and flooring changed.  Shutters were added to the dining area and kitchen.
